International orders - £10 delivery fee on all orders. Orders will be sent on a tracked service. There may be additional VAT, customs and exercise duty paid on top of the purchased price.

All orders are dispatched within 5 working days of your purchase.

Packaging is sustainable, using a mixture of recyclable and biodegradable materials.

All orders are securely and safely packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from Drawing All Of London, you have the option of returning your order. If you wish to return your order, please let me know via email within 14 days of delivery and return the order within 28 days of delivery. You will be issued a full refund within 14 days of the orders return via the same method in which you paid. Unfortunately I cannot cover any return shipping fees. I would advise sending any returning orders in the original packaging or in something equally as protective, and send it via a tracked delivery service with insurance to cover yourself in case of loss or damage during the delivery process (I will not be able to issue a refund if either events occur).
